Lance Baldwin was a minor character in the second season of the Fox drama series The O.C.. He was portrayed by Johnny Messner.

Lance was an adult movie producer that tries to profit from Julie's place in society. In the 80's Julie agreed to do a porn called The Porn Identity. Lance then attempts to extort money from her by demanding $500,000 or he will show the tape before the launch of her big magazine. Caleb Nichol agrees to help Julie but instead of giving Lance the money he has his henchmen beat him up. This causes Lance to seek further revenge on Julie. On the night of her big unveiling, he shows the porn to all of Newport's finest.
Lance and Julie meet up at a later date and he tells her of Caleb's lies. They then have a short-lived affair.
